Q: Does anyone have a blank template for a resume? I have seen some but they really don't look professional and someone pointed me to a resume writer but who wants to pay 250$ an hour for someone to write your life's history.

If you have microsoft word of some version, there is a resume wizard. To
get to it you have to go file -> new->then it is a template listed on one of
the tabs.

A resume is a requirement for any professional level position.
Many office programs like Microsoft Office, Corel Office and Microsoft
Works have resume templates built in.
Before paying that person $250 an hour to make a resume for you, I'd
look at those resume templates to find one you think works.
When you have your resume done, it might help to show it to a couple of
friends and a trusted teacher at your school to see what they think.
